Poor quality resulting from the use of low-resolution or poor quality images. A warning will appear if you select a low resolution
image; at that point, you may continue to use the image, but at your own risk.
Errors in user-customizable features, such as enhancements, choice of finish (where offered), cropping, border selection, size (where available) and formatting.
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us so we can investigate. Even if it turns out to be one of the user errors listed
above, we will be happy to work with you to correct the error.
Please note that Archive DVDs are not returnable for refund or credit, and will only be replaced if defective.
To have your order reprinted
To have your order reprinted, please use our contact form. Please mention that you would like a reprint; and please provide as much information as possible about what parts of your order are affected. We will contact you, and may ask you to return the affected merchandise in order to reprint the order.
To have your order refunded
To receive a refund, please use our return form and send it, along with the merchandise you are returning, to the address on that page.
We will process your refund on receipt of the prints within 3 to 10 working days. (Please note that original shipping costs will not be refunded unless the entire order is returned.)
Order Shipping & Delivery
Any order which you submit us online or offline, those orders would be shipped from our factory in 4 to 8 working days. After shipping delivery would happen to your door step in 5 to 6 working days with through our courier partners.
